(Senior) Risk Manager AIFM – Real Estate / Infrastructure (m/f/d)
- Periodic reporting to the management bodies of the AIFM, the AIFs, and the CSSF on the risk situation of the managed funds and the management company
- Preparation and maintenance of risk profiles for each AIF in line with the fund’s investment strategy
- Ongoing monitoring of funds for compliance with legal and contractual investment restrictions
- Further development of risk management systems, methodologies, and assessment procedures
- Development and maintenance of guidelines, work instructions, and control processes, including enhancement of the internal control system and risk mitigation measures
- Ensuring ongoing monitoring of outsourced areas and functions (outsourcing/delegation control)
- Initial and ongoing due diligence on service providers and fund partners
- Monitoring the valuation framework and analysing reports issued by appointed valuation agents
- Active participation in Business Acceptance and Valuation Committees
- Leading cross‑functional risk and governance projects from time to time
We expect from you
- Degree in business, economics, finance, or similar
- Professional experience in an AIFM or Big Four/consulting environment (real assets exposure is an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulatory requirements for AIFs/AIFMs, in particular risk management and delegation/outsourcing control
- Hands‑on, proactive working style with strong ownership
- Assertiveness, confidence, and motivation to take leadership in assigned tasks
- Client‑oriented mindset
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); readiness to use AI in day‑to‑day tasks
- Excellent English required; German is a plus
